Reliable service again

This is my third year with Hostfully, and I just renewed my subscription for their PMS and Digital Guidebooks. What keeps me coming back is how consistent their service is. My first year, I was a bit hesitant, but they delivered, and every year since, it's been the same reliable performance. The Centralized Calendar and Automated Messaging features have always worked without a hitch, which is crucial for my business. Good for the annual plan

Setup took a bit of time, maybe 4-5 days to really get everything integrated, but that upfront saving made it feel totally worth the effort. It's a solid platform for the price.

Mostly good, some small issues

I signed up for Hostfully's Property Management System and also added their Digital Guidebooks. On the positive side, the integration with Airbnb and VRBO was pretty smooth, and the Unified Inbox is a lifesaver for managing guest communications. It really does make things much more efficient. However, I found the initial setup for the custom Booking Engine a little more complex than I anticipated; it took me a few calls to customer support to get everything just right. They were helpful, but it wasn't as intuitive as I hoped. The analytics reporting is decent, but I wish it offered a bit more customization options for drilling down into specific data points. Overall, it's a strong platform, but there's room for improvement in user-friendliness for advanced features.
